This Cookie Policy explains how the YumiPokeGo corporate franchise website (the “Site”) uses cookies and similar technologies. The Site is operated by YumiPokeGo A.Ş. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage (localStorage), work in much the same way. Together they help a website function properly, remember your choices and understand how visitors use it.
Cookies can be session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain on your device for a set period. They can also be first-party (set by the Site itself) or third-party (set by another provider whose service is used on the Site).
Cookies We Use
We keep cookies to a minimum and use only the categories below. We do not use advertising or targeting cookies.
Strictly Necessary
These technologies are needed for the Site to work and cannot be switched off. We rely on our legitimate interests (Art. 5(2)(f) of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) and do not need your consent for them.

Technical records used to protect form submissions also fall into this category. Our form provider (Netlify Forms) does not set cookies.
Analytics
Analytics cookies help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site — for example which pages are visited, how long people stay, where they came from and what kind of device they use. This helps us improve the Site.
We use Google Analytics 4 for this purpose. Analytics cookies are only loaded if you give your consent through the cookie banner. Until you do, no analytics scripts run and no analytics cookies are placed on your device.

Because the analytics provider may process data on servers outside Türkiye, data collected through these cookies may be transferred abroad. Such transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of Law No. 6698, as described in our Privacy Notice.
Managing Your Preferences
On the Site
When you first visit the Site, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. Rejecting is just as easy as accepting.
You can change your mind at any time: click “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and update your choice. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew it.
In Your Browser
Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies and other site data through their settings or privacy menu. If you clear your browser data, the ypg-consent entry is deleted as well, and the cookie banner will appear again on your next visit.
You can find instructions in the help pages of your browser (for example Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari or Microsoft Edge). If you want to opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, Google also offers a browser add-on for this purpose.
Please note that blocking strictly necessary technologies may cause parts of the Site not to work as intended.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if the technologies we use or the applicable law change. If we make a significant change, such as introducing a new category of cookies, we may ask for your preferences again. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
